What you give us in a chat or form: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code and a description of your request or business. We also keep the chat messages and, once our call line is open, call recordings used for quality and billing disputes.
To respond to you, to connect a homeowner with one matched, independent licensed contractor who can help, and to follow up about that request. We use the information you send only to answer your request and connect you with one matched contractor. We never sell your information.
If you agree, we and one matched contractor may call or text the number you provide about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
We share a homeowner's request only with the one contractor matched to it, and with service providers that run our systems (for example, our CRM and hosting), under confidentiality.
